What happens
One real process from one attendee's business is built from start to finish on screen, in three hours: the decisions, the wrong turns, the cost of each part said out loud. The owner of that process joins on a call and answers questions as the build goes; everyone else watches and asks in the chat. Everyone who bought a place gets the recording the next morning and the repository link, so the build can be read and run afterwards.
Before the day, you can name one process from your own work in the box below. Eduard picks the one that teaches the most for the room; the rest stay in the room's hands as candidates for another time.
Who it is for
- People who came to the November evenings and want to see one job built end to end, not summarised.
- People weighing up a process of their own and wanting to watch how the decisions get made.
Who it is not for
- Anyone expecting their own process to be built on the night. One is chosen; the rest of the room watches.
- Anyone who wants a course with exercises. This is one long, live piece of work with the chat open.
- Anyone who cannot be there and does not want the recording. The recording is what a missed evening turns into.
The price
£19 for one place, paid by card when you book. VAT: wording to be confirmed with the accountant (TODO-ACCOUNTANT).

The programme is a separate thing
Coming to the Build Day and joining the cohort are separate decisions. Neither one is a condition of the other. The programme has its own page with its price and terms.

- One place at the Build Day: a live online session of about three hours, watched signed in at this portal with a text chat, and afterwards its recording as digital content for buyers, with the repository link. Attendee cameras and microphones are never captured.

- Payment
- By card through Stripe Checkout when you book. The place is confirmed by email once Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a minute.

- Tuesday 17 November 2026, 19:00 UK time Three hours. The recording goes out the next morning. If the session cannot take place, it is rescheduled and anyone who cannot make the new date is refunded in full.
- Duration
- A one-off purchase. No subscription, no renewal.
- Refunds
- Refundable any time before it starts, and if you get to the end and think it was not worth nineteen pounds, message me and I will refund it.
- Cancelling
- You have 14 days to cancel without giving a reason (the notice below). Places are sold from 14 days before the Build Day, so it always falls inside those 14 days, and the booking form asks you to request that it starts inside your cancellation period; once it has been fully performed the right to cancel it is lost, and once the supply of the recording to you has begun the right to cancel the recording is lost. The refund promise above applies regardless.
- The recording
- The recording is digital content: an MP4 or streamed video that plays in a current browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Edge on a phone, tablet or computer) while you are signed in at the portal. It is not downloadable and it plays only for people who bought a place.
- Complaints
- Email support@ai-automation-hub.net. You get an answer within five working days.
Your right to cancel
Right to cancel. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Eduard Vlase Limited, 16 Hambleton Grove, Emerson Valley, Milton Keynes, MK4 2JS, United Kingdom, support@ai-automation-hub.net) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
The Build Day takes place inside the cancellation period, so at checkout you ask for it to start before the period ends. Once the Build Day has been fully performed, the right to cancel in respect of it is lost; once the supply of the recording to you has begun, the right to cancel in respect of the recording is lost. In place of the proportional payment the regulations allow for a service started at your request, we apply this promise: Refundable any time before it starts, and if you get to the end and think it was not worth nineteen pounds, message me and I will refund it.
